COVID-19 VACCINE DISTRIBUTION

December 29, 2020

COVID-19 Vaccine Update Video from DOH-Pasco

A message from Health Officer Mike Napier about the COVID-19 Vaccination Distribution Program in Pasco.

Gov. Ron DeSantis has signed Executive Order 20-315 which outlines that providers can only administer the COVID-19 vaccine to the following groups:

  • Long-term care facility residents and staff.
  • Persons 65 years of age and older.
  • Health care personnel with direct patient contact.
  • Persons deemed to be extremely vulnerable to COVID-19 by hospital providers.

The Florida Department of Health in Pasco County has begun offering vaccinations to seniors age 65 and older by appointment only. Pasco County residence is not required, but snowbirds must remain in Pasco County for their second round (28 days after the first appointment). Additional locations will be announced when more vaccine and vaccinators become available.

HOW TO GET VACCINATED

We have contracted with CDR Maguire Health & Medical to facilitate Pasco County’s COVID-19 vaccination registration.

Please go to patientportalfl.com to create an account to be able to receive updates via email from CDR Maguire Health & Medical for upcoming appointments OR call 1-844-770-8548.  Emails will be sent from: “CDRM Health No-Reply: no-reply@cdrmhealth.com”  NOT from the Pasco County Health Department.

Please be advised we are limited on COVID-19 vaccine and appointments are filled quickly.
