COVID-19 Vaccine: Second Dose Information

January 19, 2021

The Florida Department of Health in Pasco County (DOH-Pasco) will be holding second dose vaccination clinics beginning Jan. 26th, 2021.

Anyone who received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine from Dec. 31, 2020 through Jan. 8, 2021 will be receiving an email from: “CDRM Health No-Reply: no-reply@cdrmhealth.com” (The email will NOT come from the Pasco County Health Department to register for the second dose of the COVID-19 vaccination.)

You will need to create an account through the CDR Maguire: Health & Medical (CDR Maguire) patientportalfl.com or call 844-770-8548 to register for your second dose. It is required to have an account with CDR Maguire to register for a vaccination appointment. We have appointments set aside for just second doses, so you will have a slot available to you via the link that is sent to you from CDR Maguire.

Second dose appointments will be held from 9:00am – 4:00pm on:

January 26th, 2021
January 28th, 2021
February 2nd, 2021
February 4th, 2021

Second Dose Vaccination Clinic will be held at:

Sears Auto Center
Gulfview Square Mall
9409 US Hwy. 19
Port Richey, FL 34668

***It is recommended that the second COVID-19 dose is given 28 days after the first dose; however, per the manufacturer, FDA and CDC, the Moderna vaccine has a 4-day grace period before the due date and can be administered any time after the due date. Please see the Moderna guidelines and questions. Moderna COVID-19 Vaccine Questions | CDC***

• Second doses should be administered as close to the recommended interval as possible.
• There is no maximum interval between the first and second dose.
• The health department has only used Moderna vaccine to this point and will be using it for the second doses as required.

If the online patient portal was used to register for an appointment (instead of calling), those people should bring a printed or digital copy of the confirmation email they received containing a QR code. Please bring your vaccination card that you received with your 1st dose as well as a photo I.D. to your appointment.

**If you are coming to the vaccination site, we ask to please be mindful of the patrons that are visiting the mall and do not block mall entrances.

REMINDER: COVID-19 TESTING WILL NOT be held on the days the vaccination clinics will be held.
