“So that Florida can be the healthiest state in the nation, DOH-Pasco plans and works strategically to offer public health services to those who need our care. DOH-Pasco fosters collective impact on health through the Community Health Collaborative. This leadership group concentrates on assessing local resources and needs to then develop a community plan that aligns efforts to improve health outcomes. Our goal is to inspire local innovation, collaboration and responsiveness at the individual, organizational and community levels to positively impact the health of Pasco County residents.”
